Section 22.08.230 of the Municipal Code is hereby ;~mencied to--re ad as follOI<lS ~ ~· .22. 08.230 El Carnine Park. That parcel of land known as P.l Camino Park as delineated and descr ibec.l in Exhibit A·~ 19 attached he:r·eto is hereby reserved for park, playground, recreation or conse~vation ptJrposes." SE:C'I'ION 2. 'I'he Council of the City of Palo Alto finds that this is not ·a project under the ter.ms of the Cal iforni.a Environ­ mental Quality Act and, therefore, no environmental impact assess­ ment is necessary.
