Special Meeting
The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date in the Council
Chambers at 5:03 P.M.
Present: DuBois, Filseth, Holman, Kniss, Kou; Scharff arrived at
5:05 P.M.; Tanaka arrived at 6:00 P.M., Wolbach
Absent: Fine
Oral Communications
None.
Closed Session
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Title: City Auditor, City Clerk, City Attorney
Authority: Government Code Section 54957 (b)
MOTION: Council Member Wolbach moved, seconded by Mayor Kniss to go
into the Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 6-0 Fine, Scharff, Tanaka
Council went into Closed Session at 5:04 P.M.
Council returned from closed session at 9:50 P.M. and Mayor Kniss
announced no reportable action.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 9:50 P.M.
