Special Meeting
The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date in the Council
Chambers at 6:05 P.M.
Present: Filseth, Fine, Holman, Kniss, Kou, Scharff, Tanaka; Wolbach
arrived at 6:15 P.M.
Absent: DuBois
Oral Communications
None.
Closed Session
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Title: City Attorney, City Auditor, City Clerk, City Manager
Authority: Government Code Section 54957 (b)
MOTION: Vice Mayor Filseth moved, seconded by Council Member Holman
to go into the Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 7-0 DuBois, Wolbach absent
Council went into Closed Session at 6:06 P.M.
Council returned from the Closed Session at 9:20 P.M. and Mayor Kniss
announced no reportable action.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 9:20 P.M.
