NOMINATION: Council Member Filseth nominated Vice Mayor Kniss for Mayor for 2018. NOMINATION PASSED: 9-0 3. Election of the Vice Mayor for 2018. NOMINATION: Council Member Wolbach nominated Council Member Filseth for Vice Mayor for 2018. NOMINATION PASSED: 9-0 4. Resolution 9730 Entitled, “Resolution of the Council of the City of Palo Alto Expressing Appreciation for Outstanding Public Service as Mayor to H. Gregory Scharff.” MOTION: Council Member Wolbach moved, seconded by Council Member Fine to approve a Resolution expressing appreciation for outstanding public service as Mayor to H. Gregory Scharff. MOTION PASSED: 9-0 Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 8:25 P.M.
