The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date in the Council
Chambers at 6:06 P.M.
Present: Filseth, Fine, Holman arrived at 6:08 P.M., Kniss arrived at
7:32 P.M., Kou, Scharff, Tanaka, Wolbach arrived at 6:11 P.M.
Absent: DuBois
Oral Communications
None.
Closed Session
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Title: City Attorney, City Auditor
Authority: Government Code Section 54957 (b).
MOTION: Council Member Filseth moved, seconded by Mayor Scharff to go
into Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 5-0 DuBois, Holman, Kniss, Wolbach absent
Council went into Closed Session at 6:06 P.M.
Council Member Fine left the meeting at 8:33 P.M
Council returned from Closed Session at 8:47 P.M.
Mayor Scharff announced no reportable action.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 8:47 P.M.
