Present: DuBois, Filseth, Fine, Holman, Kou, Scharff, Tanaka, Wolbach,

Absent:
Closed Session
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION Title: City Manager,
City Clerk, City Attorney, City Auditor Authority: Government Code
Section 54957 (b)
MOTION: Council Member Filseth moved, seconded by Council Member
DuBois to go into Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 6-0 Kniss absent
Council went into Closed Session at 6:08 P.M.
Council returned from Closed Session at 10:30 P.M.
Mayor Scharff announced no reportable action.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
