City Manager Comments Ed Shikada, City Manager Action Items 11.Adopt a Resolution Establishing the City Council Annual Calendar of Meetings, Recesses and City Council Events for the Calendar Year 2025; CEQA status – not a project MOTION: Council Member Burt moved, seconded by Council Member Lythcott-Haims to adopt a resolution establishing the City Council calendar of meetings, recesses, and City Council events for the calendar year 2025 which considers holidays and other dates to avoid for City Council meetings and request staff to schedule the City Council Retreat on Saturday, January 25, 2025 or a Saturday date closest to January 27, 2025 and recommend no City Council meeting on the Monday following the Saturday Retreat. Authority: Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) MOTION: Council Member Lauing moved, seconded by Council Member Veenker to go into Closed Session. MOTION PASSED: 7-0 Council went into Closed Session at 8:37 P.M. Council returned from Closed Session at 9:30 P.M. Mayor Stone announced no reportable action.
