The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date the Rinconada
Library, 1213 Newell Road, at 9:04 A.M.
Present: DuBois, Filseth, Fine, Holman, Kniss, Kou, Scharff, Wolbach
Absent: Tanaka

Retreat Discussion
1. Governing Together.
A. This session will be a facilitated conversation between the Council
and to some extent the Council Appointed Officers. Executive
Leadership Team members will not attend. Council will discuss how
to govern together most effectively, roles and frameworks for
effectiveness, and how to best accomplish the work of the Council
and the staff.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 3:00 P.M.
