Library, 1213 Newell Road, at 2:05 P.M.
Present: DuBois, Filseth, Fine, Holman, Kniss, Kou, Scharff, Tanaka
arrived at 5:12 P.M., Wolbach arrived at 2:23 P.M.

Retreat Discussion
1. Effective Governance: Understanding the Challenges.
A. This session will include the Council and the Executive Leadership
Team. In a workshop format, it will explore bridging the gap between
politics and administration and lay a foundation for understanding.
