MOTION PASSED: 7-0 11.PUBLIC HEARING / QUASI-JUDICIAL. 2147 Yale Street [22PLN-00374]: Recommendation on Applicant’s Request for a Preliminary Parcel Map with Exceptions to Divide an Existing 5,770 Square Foot Parcel Into two Approximately 2,885 Square Foot lots, smaller than the minimum allowed by the Zoning Code. No changes are proposed to the existing residences. Environmental Assessment: Exempt per CEQA 15301. Zoning District: RND (NP) Two Unit Multiple-Family Residential District, Neighborhood Preservation Overlay. MOTION: Council Member Tanaka moved, s econded by Council Member Lythcott-Haims to approve the item and direct staff to add a condition of approval that any further development or alterations to the property would be prohibited. SUBSTITUTE MOTION: Vice Mayor Stone moved, seconded by Council Member Lauing to accept the staff and PTC recommendation to deny the project.
