NOMINATION: Council Members Stone and Tanaka nominated Council Member Kou for Mayor
for 2023.

2. Nomination of Vice Mayor
NOMINATION: Council Members Veenker, Lauing nominated Council Member Stone for Vice
Mayor for 2023.
