The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date in the Council Chambers and by virtual
teleconference at 5:00 P.M.

Sandra Blanch, Nicholas Raisch, Tori Anthony, Molly Stump, and Terence Howzell) Employee
Organization: Service Employees International Union, (SEIU) Local 521, Utilities Management
