Chambers at 6:05 P.M.
Present: Berman, Burt, DuBois, Filseth, Holman, Kniss arrived at 7:00
P.M., Scharff arrived at 6:07 P.M., Schmid, Wolbach arrived at
6:10 P.M.
Absent:

None.
Closed Session
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Title: City Auditor, City Attorney
Authority: Government Code Section 54957(b)
MOTION: Council Member Filseth moved, seconded by Council Member Berman
to go into the Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 6-0 Kniss, Scharff, Wolbach absent
Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 9:10 P.M.
