Meeting Room at 6:03 P.M.
Present: Berman arrived at 6:05 P.M., Burt, DuBois, Filseth, Holman
arrived at 6:10 P.M., Kniss, Scharff, Wolbach
Absent: Schmid

Closed Session
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Title: City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk, City Auditor
Authority: Government Code Section 54957 (b).
MOTION: Council Member Filseth moved, seconded by Vice Mayor Scharff
to go into the Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 6-3 Berman, Holman, Schmid absent
Council went into Closed Session at 6:05 P.M.
Council returned from Closed Session at 10:10 P.M.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 10:10 P.M.
