The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date in the Community
Meeting Room at 6:02 P.M.
Present: Burt, DuBois, Filseth arrived at 6:10 P.M., Holman, Kniss,
Scharff, Schmid, Wolbach
Absent: Berman

None.
Closed Session
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Title: City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk, City Auditor
Authority: Government Code Section 54957 (b)
MOTION: Vice Mayor Scharff moved, seconded by Council Member Holman
to go into the Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 7-0 Berman, Filseth absent
Council went into Closed Session at 6:04 P.M.
Council returned from Closed Session at 10:20 P.M.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 10:20 P.M.
