teleconference at 5:03 P.M.

Closed Session
1. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.7 Public Employee Performance Evaluations
Positions: City Manager, City Attorney, City Auditor City Clerk.
MOTION: Council Member Filseth moved, seconded by Council Member Kou
to go into Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 7-0
Council went into Closed Session at 5:04 P.M.
Council returned from Closed Session at 9:25 P.M.
Mayor DuBois announced no reportable action.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 9:25 P.M.
