into Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 7-0
Council went into Closed Session at 8:34 P.M.
Council returned from Closed Session at 10:15 P.M.
Mayor DuBois announced no reportable action.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 P.M.
