The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date in Virtual
Teleconference at 5:03 P.M.
Participating Remotely: Cormack, DuBois, Filseth, Fine, Kniss, Kou, Tanaka
Absent:
Oral Communication
Rebecca Eisenberg praised the performance of the City Clerk, Beth Minor and
said she was grateful for Ms. Minor’s performance.
Closed Session
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
Title: City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk
Authority: Government Code Section 54957 (b)
MOTION: Mayor Fine moved, seconded by Council Member Cormack to go
into Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 7-0
Council went into Closed Session at 5:06 P.M.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:16 P.M.
