1. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION Title: City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk
Authority: Government Code Section 54957 (b).
MOTION: Mayor Fine moved, seconded by Council Member Kniss to go into
Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED/FAILED: 7-0
Council went into Closed Session at 5:04 P.M.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned from the Closed Session at 6:20
P.M.
