Conference Room at 5:00 P.M.
Present: Burt, Espinosa, Holman, Klein, Price, Scharff, Schmid, Shepherd,
Yeh arrived @ 5:40 P.M.

Vice Mayor Yeh left the meeting at 8:55 P.M.
