Present: Burt, Espinosa, Holman, Klein, Price arrived @ 2:35 PM, Scharff, Schmid, Shepherd, Yeh

Mark Petersen-Perez spoke regarding the City Attorney’s role in the
organization.
CLOSED SESSION
1. Public Employment

Authority: Government Code Section 54957 (b)
The City Council reconvened from the Closed Session at 7:00 PM and Mayor
Espinosa advised no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM
