The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date in the Council
Chambers Room at 6:03 P.M.
Present: Burt, Espinosa, Holman, Klein, Price, Scharff, Schmid, Shepherd,
Yeh
Absent:
CLOSED SESSION
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
Agency Negotiators: Sherry Lund, CAO Committee (Chair Person Price,
Council Members Espinosa and Holman, and Vice Mayor Scharff)
Unrepresented Employees: James Keene, City Manager,
Molly Stump, City Attorney, Donna Grider, City Clerk,
and James Pelletier, City Auditor
Authority: Government Code Section 54957.6(a)
The City Council reconvened from the Closed Session at 8:35 P.M. and
Mayor Yeh advised no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 P.M.
