The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date in the Council Conference Room at 8:10 a.m.
PRESENT: Burch, Freeman (arrived at 8:15 a.m.), Kishimoto, Morton, Mossar, Ojakian

Bunny Good, P.O.Box 824, Menlo Park, spoke regarding the Request to the State of California to take money from the September 11th
Victims to pay for the Homer Tunnel.
