CITY COUNCIL PRESENT: Burch, Freeman, Kishimoto, Morton, Ojakian ABSENT: Beecham, Kleinberg, Lytle, Mossar PLANNING AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION PRESENT: Bialson, Burt, Griffin, Holman, Packer ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD PRESENT: Wasserman PUBLIC MEETING 1. Joint Public Meeting of the City Council, the Planning and Transportation Commission and the Architectural Review Board The Department of Planning and Community Environment Staff and The City’s Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Consultant will provide an Overview of the Hyatt Rickey’s Draft Environmental Impact Report and the City Review Process
