The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date in the Council
Chambers at 5:00 P.M.
Present: Berman arrived at 5:03 P.M., Burt, DuBois, Filseth, Holman,
Kniss, Scharff, Schmid, Wolbach
Absent:
Oral Communications
None.
Closed Session
MOTION: Council Member Scharff moved, seconded by Vice Mayor Schmid
to go into Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 8-0 Berman absent
Council went into Closed Session at 5:01 P.M.
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT
Title: City Clerk
Authority: Government Code Section 54957 (b)
The Council reconvened from the Closed Session at 7:58 P.M.
Mayor Holman announced no reportable action.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:58 P.M.
