Alto Amending the Budget for Fiscal Year 2002-03 to Provide
an Appropriation of $30,000 to Prepare a Massing Model for
South of Forest Avenue (SOFA) 2

3. (CMR:114:03) Ordinance of the Council of the City of Palo
Alto Amending the Budget for Fiscal Year 2002-03 in the
Amount of $37,000 to Sublease a Portion of the Cubberley
Community Center by the Jewish Community Center

Developers' Fees
5. (CMR:105:03) Contract Between the City of Palo Alto and

6. (CMR:103:03) Agreement Between the City of Palo Alto and
Telecommunications Engineering Associates (TEA) in the

HEARINGS REQUIRED BY LAW: Applicants and/or appellants may have up to ten minutes at the outset of the
public discussion to make their remarks and up to three minutes for concluding remarks after other members of the
public have spoken.
OTHER AGENDA ITEMS: Public comments or testimony on agenda items other than Oral Communications shall
be limited to a maximum of five minutes per speaker unless additional time is granted by the presiding officer. The
presiding officer may reduce the allowed time to less than five minutes if necessary to accommodate a larger
number of speakers.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
7. PUBLIC HEARING: (CMR:102:03) The City Council will
consider the provisions of Section 8.08.020 of the Palo
Alto Municipal Code, declaring that all weeds growing upon
any private property or in any public street or alley, as
defined in Section 8.08.010 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code, constitute a public nuisance, which nuisance must be
abated by the destruction or removal thereof.

8. PUBLIC HEARING: (CMR:108:03) The City Council will
consider a request by Hanna Shacham on behalf of Eric and
Marion Golin to subdivide two formerly merged parcels at

1036 Cowper Street. Environmental Assessment: An initial
study has been completed and a Negative Declaration has
been prepared in Accordance with California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA) Requirements. Zoning District: R-
1(929).*
