The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date in the Community
Meeting Room at 6:03 P.M.
Present: Burt, DuBois arrived at 6:03 P.M., Filseth, Holman, Kniss,
Scharff, Schmid, Wolbach
Absent: Berman
Oral Communications
None.
Closed Session
MOTION: Council Member Scharff moved, seconded by Vice Mayor Schmid
to go into Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 7-0
Council went into closed session at 6:05 P.M.
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT
Title: City Clerk Authority: Government Code Section 54957 (b)
The Council reconvened from the Closed Session at 7:16 P.M. Mayor Holman
advised no reportable action.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:16 P.M.
