The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date in the Council
Chambers at 5:02 P.M.
Present: Berman, Burt, DuBois, Filseth, Holman, Scharff, Schmid,
Wolbach arrived at 5:39 P.M.
Absent: Kniss
Oral Communications
None.
Closed Session
MOTION: Council Member DuBois moved, seconded by Council Member
Filseth to go into Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 7-0 Kniss, Wolbach absent
Council went into Closed Session at 5:04 P.M.
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT
Title: City Clerk
Authority: Government Code Section 54957 (b)
The Council reconvened from the Closed Session at 10:44 P.M.
Mayor Holman advised no reportable action.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 10:44 P.M.
