The Public Improvement Corporation Board of the City of Palo Alto met on
this date in the Council Chambers at 6:05 P.M.
Present: Berman, Burt, DuBois, Filseth, Holman, Kniss, Scharff, Schmid,
Wolbach
Absent:
Action Items
1. Approval of 2013-14 Public Improvement Corporation (PIC) Financial
Statement.
Council Member Burt left the meeting at 6:06 P.M.
MOTION: Vice Mayor Schmid moved, seconded by Council Member Scharff
to adopt the 2013-14 PIC Annual Financial Report.
MOTION PASSED: 8-0 Burt absent
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 6:07 P.M.
