The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date in the Community
Meeting Room at 6:00 P.M.
Present: Berman arrived @ 6:05 P.M., Burt, DuBois, Filseth, Holman,
Kniss, Schmid, Wolbach arrived @ 6:29 P.M.
Absent: Scharff

MOTION: Vice Mayor Schmid moved, seconded by Council Member DuBois
to go into the Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 6-0 Berman, Scharff, Wolbach absent
