The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date in the Council
Chambers at 5:00 P.M.
Present: Berman, Burt, DuBois, Holman, Kniss arrived @ 6:09 P.M., Scharff arrived @ 5:56 P.M., Schmid, Wolbach
Absent: Filseth
Closed Session
MOTION: Council Member Berman moved, seconded by Council Member
Wolbach to proceed into the Closed Session.
MOTION PASSED: 6-0 Filseth, Kniss, Scharff absent

Title: City Auditor – Midyear Review
