ABSENT: Fazzino, Lytle, Ojakian SPECIAL MEETING 1. Workshop for the City Council, Planning and
Transportation Commission, and Planning Staff re Designing and Implementing Effective Zoning Ordinances by Paul Crawford, AICP, Principal with Crawford Multari & Clark Associates in San Luis Obispo.
