PRESENT: Beecham, Burch, Eakins (arrived at 7:05 p.m.), Fazzino (left at 7:35 p.m.), Kleinberg, Lytle, Mossar, Ojakian, Wheeler (teleconferencing from Koloa, Hawaii joined in at 8:20 p.m.)
