Special Meeting January 24, 2001 The City Council of the City of Palo Alto met on this date in the Council Chambers at 5:50 p.m. PRESENT: Burch, Eakins, Fazzino, Lytle, Ojakian ABSENT: Beecham, Kleinberg, Mossar CLOSED SESSION 1. Conference with Real Property Negotiator Authority: Government Code Section 54956.8 Property: 655 Arastradero Road, Palo Alto Negotiating Party: Palo Alto Unified School District City Negotiator: City Manager Subject of Potential Negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment The City Council met in Closed Session to discuss matters involving Real Property Negotiations as described in Agenda Item No. 1. Mayor Eakins announced that no reportable action was taken on Agenda Item No. 1. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 6:12 p.m.
