Members of the public may speak to the Closed Session item(s); three minutes per speaker. 1. Conference with Real Property Negotiator Authority: Government Code section 54956.8 Property: Terman Community Center (excluding dedicated parkland) City Negotiator: City Manager Frank Benest Potential Negotiating Parties: Palo Alto Unified School District and Jewish Community Center Subject of Potential Negotiation: Price and Terms The City Council met in Closed Session to discuss matters involving Real Property Negotiations as described in Agenda Item No. 1.
