Present In-Person: Veenker (Chair), Lu, Stone Absent: Call to Order Public Comments Agenda Items 1.Recommend to the City Council Approval of the FY 2026 Nonprofit Partnership Workplan Phase I awards MOTION: Councilmember Lu moved, seconded by Councilmember Veenker, to recommend the City Council approve awards as attached, noting areas where there was dissent among the committee.
