The Policy and Services Committee of the City of Palo Alto met on this date
by virtual teleconference at 7:02 P.M.
Present: Fine, Filseth, Kou
Absent: Cormack
Agenda Items
1. Update From the City's State and Federal Legislative Advocates, and
Discussion and Recommendation on the 2021 Legislative Guidelines.
MOTION: Council Member Filseth moved, seconded by Mayor Fine to
recommend the City Council approve the 2021 Federal and State Legislative
Guidelines.
MOTION PASSED: 2-1 Kou no
2. Policy and Services Committee Discussion and Recommendations for
the 2021 City Council Priority Setting Process.
MOTION: Council Member Filseth moved, seconded by Council Member Kou
to refer the at places memo to Council for consideration in the 2021 Priority
Setting process.
MOTION PASSED: 3-0
3. Annual Policy and Services Committee Discussion and
Recommendations Regarding City Council Protocols and Procedures
Handbook.
NO ACTION TAKEN
