Chairperson DuBois called the meeting to order at 6:02 P.M. in the
Community Meeting Room, 250 Hamilton Avenue, Palo Alto, California.

1. Community Services Department: Fee Schedule Audit.
MOTION: Council Member DuBois moved, seconded by Vice Mayor Kniss to
recommend the City Council accept the Community Services Department:
Fee Schedule Audit.
MOTION PASSED: 4-0
2. Auditor's Office Quarterly Report as of December 31, 2016.
MOTION: Vice Mayor Kniss moved, seconded by Council Member Kou to
recommend the City Council accept the Auditor’s Office Quarterly Report as
of December 31, 2016.
MOTION PASSED: 4-0
