Chairperson Chair Burt called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. in the
Community Meeting Room, 250 Hamilton Avenue, Palo Alto, California.
Present: Burt (Chair), DuBois, Wolbach
Absent: Berman
Agenda Items
1. Auditor's Office Quarterly Report as of June 30, 2015.
NO ACTION TAKEN
The Committee took a break from 7:28 P.M. to 7:31 P.M.
2. Discussion and Recommendation to Council Regarding City Council
Procedural Matters, Including Updates to Procedures and Protocols
Handbook.
MOTION: Chair Burt moved, seconded by Council Member Wolbach to
recommend the topic of the Boards and Commissions responsibilities be
added to the Committee of the Whole Agenda for discussion.
MOTION PASSED: 3-0 Berman absent
MOTION: Chair Burt moved, seconded by Council Member Wolbach to refer
the Procedures and Protocols with the changes captured by Staff be
forwarded to the Council for approval.
MOTION PASSED: 3-0 Berman absent
ADJOURNMENT: Meeting was adjourned at 9:17 P.M.
