The Stormwater Management Oversight Committee of the City of Palo Alto
met in hybrid teleconference at 1:00 P.M.
Present: Keller, Mickelson (Chair), Mossar, Owes, Wenzlau, Perman
Absent: Bower
Oral Communications
Members of the public may speak to any item NOT on the agenda. A
reasonable time restriction may be imposed at the discretion of the Committee
Chair.
There were no public oral communications.
Old Business
1. Approval of Minutes from the April 6, 2023 Stormwater Management
Oversight Committee Meeting.
MOTION: Committee Member Mossar moved, seconded by Committee
Member Wenzlau to approve the minutes as presented.
MOTION PASSED: 5-0
New Business
2. Approval of FY 2023 Actuals and review of Adopted 2024 Adopted
Budget (30 min)
MOTION: Committee Member Perman moved, seconded by Committee
Member Mickelson to approve the FY 2023 Actuals.
