Discuss Gap Analysis Report and Provide Input Related to Housing and Services for the Unhoused as Feedback to the City Council. – Staff – Discussion NO ACTION TAKEN 3. Review and Adoption of Policy on Public Requests for Support by the HRC. – Hsieh – Action MOTION: Chair Kraus moved, seconded by Commissioner Karnam, for the HRC to approve the guidelines and application process for the Policy on Public Requests for Support.
