MOTION: Commissioner Kraus moved, seconded by Vice Chair Eberle, to approve the
minutes of February 9, 2023, with one change as communicated to staff.
MOTION PASSED: 5-0
V. BUSINESS
2. Recommendation from Reviewers to the HRC for Human Services Resource Allocation
Process (HSRAP) Funding for Fiscal Years 2024-2025. - Smith and Kraus - Action
MOTION: Commissioner Kraus moved, seconded by Commissioner Savage, to affirm the
recommendation of the Reviewers that is included in Attachment A.
VOTE: 5-0
3. Discussion of outreach phase of Council Referral to research the lived experience of Asian
Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders (AANHPI). – Navichoque
NO ACTION TAKEN
