March 10, 2022
MOTION: Commissioner Kraus moved, seconded by Commissioner Eberle approve the
minutes of March 10, 2022.
MOTION PASSED: 5-0
IV. BUSINESS
1. Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing Use of Teleconferencing for Human Relations
Commission Meetings During Covid-19 State of Emergency.
MOTION: Vice Chair Eberle moved, seconded by Commissioner Kraus to Adopt a
Resolution authorizing the use of teleconferencing under Government Code Section 54953(e)
for meetings of the Human Relations Commission and its committees due to the Covid-19
declared state of emergency.
MOTION PASSED: 5-0
2. Finalization of FY 22-23 HRC Work Plan and Buddy/Liaison assignments.
The Chair reviewed the workplan and buddy/liaison assignments as drafted at the February
12, 2022 HRC retreat and asked if commissioner had any questions, edits or additions.

MOTION: Vice Chair Eberle moved and seconded by Commissioner Kraus, to approve
liaison and buddies as presented.
