1. Welcome & Review of Past Year
HRC Chair Smith provided a welcome to the Retreat & reviewed the past year’s
accomplishments before going over the meeting schedule.

2. Overview of Core Responsibilities, Liaisons & Buddies
Vice Chair Eberle provided an overview and explanation of the HRC’s Core Responsibilities,
Liaison & Buddies duties and stated that sign-ups for these responsibilities would happen
under agenda item #4.

3. Public Comment for Agenda Item Number 4

4. Development of Workplan and Divvying up of Liaison & Buddy responsibilities for the Year
Human Relations Commission members discussed possible topics and projects for inclusion
in their annual workplan. A list was narrowed down and a final decision will be made at their
April, 2022 meeting. The also divvied up the Liaison & Buddy responsibilities for the year,
