Special Meeting
Tuesday, March 21, 2017
Chairperson Filseth called the meeting to order at 6:01 P.M. in the
Community Meeting Room, 250 Hamilton Avenue, Palo Alto, California.
Present: Filseth (Chair), Fine, Tanaka
Absent: Holman
Oral Communications
None.
Action Items
1. Preliminary Financial Forecasts and Rate Changes for Electric, Gas,
Wastewater Collection, and Water Utilities for Fiscal Year 2018.
NO ACTION TAKEN
Future Meetings and Agendas
Lalo Perez, Chief Financial Officer, reviewed the calendar of future meetings
through May 16, 2017. He then directed the Committee members to the May
budget meetings calendar and briefly reviewed the proposed schedule. There
was much discussion regarding the schedule and the start time of the
upcoming budget meetings. At the conclusion of the meeting, Chair Filseth
said he will meet with Council Member Holman and the Mayor so he can
finalize calendar details with Mr. Perez and Staff.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 8:01 P.M.
