Chairperson Filseth called the meeting to order at 6:03 P.M. in the Community Meeting Room, 250 Hamilton Avenue, Palo Alto, California.

Action Items
Fiscal Year 2017 Proposed Operating and Capital Budget Follow-up.
NO ACTION TAKEN
2. Recommendation to Adopt an Ordinance Amending Chapter 2.30 [Contracts and Purchasing Procedures] of the Palo Alto Municipal Code to Establish Contracting and Purchasing Procedures
and to Define the Contracting Authority of City Officers and Employees.
MOTION: Council Member Wolbach moved, seconded by Council Member Schmid to recommend the City Council adopt an ordinance amending Palo Alto Municipal Code Chapter 2.30 - Contracts and
Purchasing Procedures.
MOTION PASSED: 4-0
Future Meetings and Agendas
Lalo Perez, Chief Financial Officer, said the next meeting of the Committee is scheduled for June 21 and he reviewed the items planned for that agenda. Chair Filseth asked and Mr. Perez
said the first meeting after the Council break is scheduled for mid-August.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 P.M.
