Chair Julie Lythcott-Haims called the meeting to order at 8:33 A.M.

MOTION: Board Member Collins moved, seconded by Council Member Burt to approve minutes
from the September 21, 2023, meeting.
MOTION PASSED: 3-0-1 (Dharap absent)
