Deputy City Manager Chantal Cotton Gaines called the meeting to order on
this date in virtual teleconference at 8:32 A.M.

3. Selection of Committee Chair.
NOMINATION: Board President Dauber moved, seconded by Mayor Burt to
nominate Board Vice President DiBrienza as Chair for the City/School Liaison
Committee for 2022.
NOMINATION PASSED: 4-0
2. Approval of Minutes from the December 16, 2021 Meeting.
MOTION: By unanimous consent, the Committee approved the minutes as
presented.
4. Updates.
a. Superintendent Comments and City Manager’s Comments.
b. Review of Recent City Council and PAUSD Board Meetings.
