MOTION: Council Member Burt moved, seconded by Council Member Kou to go into Closed
Session.
MOTION PASSED: 3-0
Council went into Closed Session at 5:35 P.M.
Council returned from Closed Session at 8:01 P.M.
Chair Lauing announced no reportable action.
