March 8, 2022
Chair Cormack called the meeting to order in virtual teleconference at 4:00
P.M.
Present: Cormack (Chair), DuBois, Kou
Absent: None
Agenda Items
• Discussion and Direction Regarding Contract Extension and Terms with
Baker Tilly for City Auditor Services Adjournment.
MOTION: Council Member Cormack moved, seconded by Council Member
Kou to recommend the City Council extend the contract with Baker Tilly for a
term of three years for an annual amount not to exceed $709,000 and to
include:
A. Consider including appropriate metrics and KPIs;
B. Move the peer review to the end of FY 2023;
C. And designate Council Member Cormack to negotiate details of
contract terms.
MOTION PASSED 3-0
